Start strong. Our base phase builds your aerobic engine with progressive volume, refining your technique and strength foundation. It’s more than just mileage—it’s your launchpad for success.

🏋️ 32-Week Specialized Phase
Structured with a proven 3:1 training cycle (three weeks of build, one week of recovery), this phase develops endurance, power, and race-specific skills. You’ll peak at just the right time—confident, strong, and race-ready.

Starts at ~9.5 hours/week

Peaks at ~14 hours/week (Week 39)
