The Half Distance Galveston Triathlon at Moody Gardens combines PR-worthy race conditions with a Gulf Coast paradise—warm breezes, smooth roads, and a swim in the calm Offats Bayou. Whether you're chasing a podium finish or looking to level up, this training plan is your key to race-day excellence.
