HALF DIST OCEANSIDE OCEANSIDE - Swim: Begin your journey with a dive into the rolling start at Oceanside Harbor, navigating its pristine waters in a single counterclockwise loop. The average water temperature of 61ยฐF / 16ยฐC promises an invigorating challenge to kickstart your race.

Bike: Embark on an exhilarating cycling adventure, starting from Oceanside Harbor and journeying through the iconic Camp Pendleton. The initial coastal stretch sets the stage before the true test begins with the ascent of San Mateo Hill and two other formidable climbs. As you navigate through the inland terrain, prepare yourself both physically and mentally for the final leg, featuring flat roads and an unyielding headwind that guides you back to the harbor for the ultimate transition.

Run: Take on the two-loop, 13.1-mile run course, commencing above the picturesque Oceanside Pier. While renowned for its flat and speedy nature, anticipate some challenging hills and descents as you transition from beach to street level.
