Plan Description

HALF DIST Bangsaen, Thailandโ€”an extraordinary event offering a seamless blend of breathtaking landscapes, varied terrains, and ideal settings for achieving personal bests.

Swim (1.9km): Embark on a journey with a unique rolling start from sandy shores, adding an extra layer of excitement. The 1.9km swim follows a clockwise, triangular course, guiding athletes through the warm, azure waters of Bangsaen. With an average water temperature of 82ยฐF (28ยฐC), the swim promises a refreshing and comfortable experience.

Bike (90km): Gear up for a cycling adventure on a 90km flat and fast route crafted for achieving your coveted personal best. Pedal north along the beach promenade, immersing yourself in the scenic beauty. The course includes an out-and-back section, leading to the breathtaking Khao Lam Road.

Run (21.1km): The 21.1km run course is a dynamic mix of rolling slopes, flats, and a scenic tour through beaches and gardens. Beginning on the beach promenade, the route unfolds towards Lam Tan before ascending Khao Sam Muk Hill. Brace yourself for the unique "Monkey Zone," a renowned tourist spot inhabited by playful monkeys and adorned with beautiful cactus gardens.

About The 44WK Beginner Training Plan -
