Plan Description
HALF DIST Bangsaen, Thailand— Swim (1.9km): Begin your journey with a unique rolling start from sandy shores, adding an extra layer of excitement to your race. The 1.9km swim takes you on a clockwise, triangular course through the warm, azure waters of Bangsaen. With an average water temperature of 82°F (28°C), the swim promises a refreshing and comfortable experience.
Bike (90km): Get ready for a cycling adventure on a 90km flat and fast route, carefully designed for achieving your coveted personal best. Pedal north along the beach promenade, immersing yourself in the scenic beauty. The course includes an out-and-back section, leading you to the breathtaking Khao Lam Road.
Run (21.1km): The 21.1km run course is a dynamic mix of rolling slopes, flats, and a scenic tour through beaches and gardens. Starting on the beach promenade, the route unfolds towards Lam Tan before ascending Khao Sam Muk Hill. Brace yourself for the unique "Monkey Zone," a renowned tourist spot inhabited by playful monkeys and adorned with beautiful cactus gardens, with race day weather conditions an average air temperature of 85°F (29°C)
