Whether you're new to triathlon or returning for redemption, our 36-week beginner-friendly program will guide you to race day with strength, confidence, and a smart strategy.

Geelong's course is fast and fair, but it demands preparation: calm open-water swimming, rolling bike terrain, and a run course that tests your pacing. Our plan is designed to match the course’s demands with a progressive, science-backed structure:

12-Week Foundation Phase: Build a strong base with swim drills (video-guided), RPE/heart-rate based bike and run workouts, and form-focused strength sessions.

24-Week Specific Phase: Transition into sport-specific Half Distance preparation with endurance sessions, tempo efforts, and brick workouts that simulate race day flow.

Starting at just 7 hours per week, training gradually builds to 12 hours, ensuring you peak just in time for race day without burnout.
