🏊‍♂️ Swim Strong in the Gulf: Begin with a 12-week base phase to build endurance and develop your stroke mechanics with video-guided swim drills. Early VO2 interval training boosts your capacity for Campeche’s rolling swim start in 82°F (28°C) water.

🚴 Conquer the Fast Bike Course: The 24-week build phase includes structured bike intervals using HR/Power, preparing you for the two-loop, 90 km ride along the open Malecon and Merida Highway—where wind and exposure can challenge your stamina. Weekly brick sessions simulate race-day transitions, giving you an edge on the hot, coastal flats.

🏃 Dominate the Flat Run: Campeche’s three-loop, 13.1-mile run is flat and spectator-friendly, but the 95°F (35°C) heat can take its toll.
