If you’re aiming to conquer the stunning and challenging Half Distance Triathlon in Punta del Este, this 6-month beginner triathlon training plan is your ideal roadmap to race-day success. Specifically designed for first-time half-distance triathletes, it provides a balanced, progressive, and supportive approach that aligns perfectly with the unique demands of the Punta del Este course.
