Are you a triathlete with sights set on conquering the challenging Half DIST distance? Introducing our meticulously crafted 36-week Beginner Half DIST Triathlon Training program (with B & C Race windows), meticulously designed for both beginner and returning athletes, primed to transition from Sprint to Olympic and now aiming higher!

No need to worry about prior training or base mileage—we've got you covered. Our comprehensive plan starts with a 12-week base phase, seamlessly followed by a 24-week specific Beginner Half IRON triathlon training regimen, meticulously crafted to sculpt you into a fierce competitor on race day.

Why choose our program? It's all about efficiency and effectiveness. Built on heart rate percentage, our training methodology ensures you're always in the optimal zone for growth and progress. Plus, with auto-sync capabilities, you can seamlessly integrate workouts into your Garmin or similar device, making training a breeze.

But the magic lies here: our 3/1 structured workout approach, three weeks of intense, focused training followed by a blissful week of active recovery, allowing your body to rejuvenate and return more robust, ready to tackle new challenges.

In the initial phases, you'll dive deep into strength training, fortifying your foundation, and mastering technique—especially crucial during swim sessions where we'll refine your form and introduce you to the world of V02 Interval Training.

As you progress through the program, the focus shifts. Less on strength and more on endurance, V02 interval training, and anaerobic threshold workouts—essential components for pushing past limits and unlocking your full potential.

Then, as you transition into the Beginning Half IRON Triathlon training phase, get ready to ramp up your game. Starting with 7 hours of training in week one, peaking at 12 hours weekly, you'll tackle base endurance, tempo training, and even master the art of open water swimming—all while incorporating progressive brick workouts to enhance your performance on race day.
