HALF DIST Oman in the breathtaking city of Muscat! Embark on an exhilarating journey through the azure waters of the Gulf of Oman with the one-loop 1.9km swim, boasting an inviting average water temperature of 75°F / 24°C.

BIKE - The one-loop 90km bike course, offering a challenging yet scenic route through the rolling terrain of Oman. Cyclists will navigate winding roads, experiencing a perfect blend of elevation changes and panoramic vistas that showcase the region's natural wonders. This leg of the race promises to be a test of endurance and a visual feast for participants and spectators alike.

RUN - The three-loop, 21.1km run through the heart of Muscat. The course, set against the backdrop of Oman's majestic landscapes, takes athletes through a combination of urban and scenic routes. With the average air temperature hovering around a comfortable 75°F / 24°C, runners can focus on giving their best performance amidst the pleasant weather conditions.
