HALF DIST Poznań is a triathlon that seamlessly blends athleticism with the historic city's charm and Lake Kierskie's beauty.

SWIM - Begins in the calm and warm waters of Lake Kierskie. Immerse yourself in the tranquil surroundings as you navigate through the rolling start format. With an average water temperature of 65°F/18°C, the lake provides the perfect setting for a smooth and refreshing swim.

BIKE—a 90-km bike ride that winds its way around small villages and the western part of the picturesque city of Poznań. The bike course offers a fairly flat and fast route, allowing you to showcase your speed and endurance against a backdrop of charming landscapes.


RUN - You'll embark on a course that takes you closer to the heart of Poznań. Experience the city's vibrant spirit as you navigate through its streets, absorbing the history and energy that define this remarkable place. The run course concludes with a triumphant finish in the freshly renovated facilities of the Poznań International Fair. For over 100 years, the Poznań International Fair has been the city's 'window to the world,' Now, it serves as the grand stage for the triumphant end to the Half Iron Poznań.
WEATHER - With an average air temperature of 73°F/23°C. The perfect conditions complement the challenging yet rewarding course, creating an unforgettable experience for every participant.
