HALF DIST AUSTRIA in Zell Am See-Kaprun is an exhilarating triathlon that will push the limits of even the most resilient athletes. The competition commences with a 1.9-kilometer swim in the crystal-clear waters of Lake Zell, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding snow-capped mountains.

Following the swim, you'll embark on a demanding 90-kilometer bike ride through the idyllic Austrian countryside. The route features several inclines and declines, including the notorious "Glocknerman" climb, which will challenge even the most experienced cyclists.

The race culminates with a 21.1-kilometer run that winds through the charming streets of Zell am See-Kaprun, showcasing splendid views of the nearby Alps. You'll encounter a mix of paved and off-road terrain, with some steep inclines to add to the difficulty.

While the event is typically held during the fall, athletes should expect mild temperatures and ample sunshine. However, mountain weather can be unpredictable, and rain or snow are possible.
