Built using the brand new Strength Beta program, this is a 12 Week Plan for Triathletes to run concurrently with their existing Swim/Bike/Run schedule. This is a one day a week, 3 week on 1 week off schedule of full body unilateral work designed to bulletproof your body, and not overly tax your CNS.
Strength gains should be made in the off season, but this program will make sure you dont lose what you worked so hard for during that time.
