Swim - 1.9km swim in the icy waters of Lake Villarrica. With an average water temperature of 66°F / 19°C, the refreshing start sets the tone for the challenges ahead. Conquer the one-loop swim against the backdrop of crystal-clear waters surrounded by majestic mountains.
Bike - 90km bike course that winds through the picturesque Chilean countryside. Feel the rhythmic cadence as you navigate challenging terrains, with climbs and descents revealing the region's diverse beauty. Constant elevation changes will keep your heart pumping and spirits soaring, making every moment a test of strength and resilience.
Run - A hilly 21km three-lap challenge through Pucon's charming streets. With an average air temperature of 64°F / 18°C, the climate is perfect for your final leg. About The 44WK Beginner Training Plan -
🏋️♂️ Our plan kicks off with a dynamic 12-week specific Half Iron base training regimen, followed by an intensive 32-week Half DIST training plan. Week 13 marks the start of your journey with 9.5 hours of targeted training, gradually building up to a maximum of 14 hours by week 39.
During the foundational 12-week phase, a premium is placed on building strength, conditioning, and base endurance. Dive deep into technique during our swim training segments, setting the stage for success.
Once the base phase is conquered, we elevate your training with a focus on strength, endurance, and refining swim techniques. Get ready to experience the power of V02 Interval Training as we push boundaries and unlock your full potential.
