Our swim training sessions are crafted to refine your technique, build endurance, and increase efficiency, ensuring you’re race-ready for the refreshing 66°F (19°C) open water challenge.

🚴‍♂️ 90KM BIKE – Dominate the Dynamic Terrain
With elevation changes and varied terrain, Pucón’s bike course demands power, endurance, and strategy. Our program incorporates Endurance Base Mile Training, Aerobic Mile Training, and V02 Max interval sessions to help you power through every climb and descent.

🏃‍♂️ 21KM RUN – Tackle the Hilly Three-Lap Course
Pucón’s run course will test your stamina with its rolling hills. Our structured Anaerobic Threshold and ATP-PC sprint training will build your speed, endurance, and strength, so you can finish strong and fast!


📅 INTRODUCING YOUR 36-WEEK ADVANCED TRAINING PLAN

🚀 Progressive & Structured Approach
- 12-week foundational phase to build strength & endurance
- 24-week Half Distance-specific training to peak for race day
- Smart 3/1 training cycle: 3 weeks of intensity followed by 1 week of recovery
