Plan Description
Dieser 4 Wochen Triathlon Trainingsplan ist für Athleten, die wieder ins Training einsteigen wollen oder eine 4 Wochen Überbrückungsphase füllen müssen. Ausserdem ist er auch gut geeignet für Athleten, die Arbeiten oder Studieren, da Die Wochenstunden von 8 bis 13 geplant sind.
Die Trainingstage können gut mit anderen Trainingstagen getauscht werden, falls es aus infrastruktureller Sicht nicht klappt.
Um den Plan bestmöglich durchführen zu können, benötigt man seine Schwellenherzfrequenz fürs Laufen und Radfahren. In den Radtrainings sind noch die Trainingszonen in % der FTP angegeben.
Der Plan ist so aufgebaut, dass es am:
Montag: Schwimmen + Stabi
Dienstag: Rad
Mittwoch: Lauf + Blackroll & Stretching
Donnerstag: Schwimmen + Gym
Freitag: Rad
Samstag: Schwimmen + Lauf
Sonntag: Rad
