Plan Description
This Podium Plan is designed for the athlete who is chasing the podium in their age group, (Age 50 and below), qualifying for the World Championships, and even being a podium contender at the World Championships. If you're serious about the sport, and want to give yourself the opportunity to maximize your performance, this is the plan for you.
If you think you have the potential, but consistently find you get injured, peak too early, peak too late, or struggle with randomness of results, then this plan will help get you on track to perform well for your season.
This plan was designed around the philosophy of Jim Vance, and his experience working with athletes who are very competitive. This approach has especially proven very successful for Ben Kanute, with his two silver medal performances at the World Championships under Jim.
