Plan Description
Die Grundstruktur dieses Trainingsplanes hat mich zu einer Langdistanz unter 8 Stunden gebracht sowie ein Halbdistanz auf dem Podium finnischen lassen.
Idealerweise startest du mit dem Base-Plan nach deiner Saisonpause oder zum Trainingseinstieg nach einer längeren Pause.
Der Plan ist grob in drei kleinere Blöcke aufgeteilt, bei denen der Umfang leicht gesteigert wird, um verletzungsfrei in die nächste Trainingsphase zu kommen.
Der Fokus dieser Phase liegt im Grundlagentraining, verfeinert mit Technik-Elementen in den drei Disziplinen und ergänzt mit kürzeren Intervallformen.
Jede Trainingseinheit hat eine genaue Beschreibung zum Effekt der Einheit und wie man die Einheit ernährungstechnisch versorgen sollte, sowie Tipps zur Vor- und Nachbereitung und detaillierten Videos zu Kraft-, Stabi-, und Mobilisationsübungen.
