Plan Description
This 16 week middle distance (1.9k, 90k, 21k) plan is based off a 4 week build and 1 week recovery cycle averaging between 10-15hrs/week. The first 8 weeks are predominantly base work (building volume in Z2 to develop aerobic capacity/endurance) and the last 8 weeks are focused on peak and race prep (to build strength and endurance at race pace) whilst maintaining a regular structure to help build and maintain a routine.
