Plan Description
Dieser Plan führt dich die 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻 𝟭𝟮 𝗪𝗼𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘇𝘂 𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗹𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘇.
Du wirst im Mittel 2 Einheiten Schwimmen (Freiwasser), 2-3 Einheiten Radfahren (hier sowohl indoor auf dem Radrollentrainer, als auch outdoor auf der Straße) und 2-3 Einheiten Laufen.
Das Schwimmen wird über die Zeit gesteuert, das Rad- und Lauftraining jeweils über die Watt.
Als Voraussetzung für eine erfolgreiche Umsetzung des Planes solltest du bereits eine Triathlon Mitteldistanz absolviert haben und dich aktuell im regelmäßigen Training befinden.
