Plan Description
Want to crush your Half Distance PB? Or just want to finish the race with good training behind you? Then this 12-week program is for you. You will do about 10 hours of training a week with one rest day per week. The program starts with a base period and works into tempo and threshold sessions thereafter, with the main focus on increasing your aerobic capacity for the endurance event. Some speedwork is implemented thereafter up until taper week.
My athletes have a 100% Half Distance finisher rate and multiple have achieved age-group podiums. We can communicate via email and can then set up possible virtual meetings for any further questions or queries.
