Plan Description

A month out from a Triathlon and have no idea what you should do in the pool before your race? This is for you!

Plan includes 4 weeks of workouts; 9 workouts total.

Week 1 contains 2 recovery & drill focused workouts; these can be added into the following weeks or done post race or at anytime during your training.

Week 2 is your last build week and consists of 3 workouts; distance, speed & strength.

Week 3 is Taper Week and consists of a 2 workouts; speed & confidence booster.

Week 4 is Race Week and consists of a 2 workouts; speed & pace.

One is 2 workouts a week and the other is 4 workouts a week; TrainHeroic is more user friendly for Strength Training that TP. You can log sets, reps, weight, add/subtract or modify lifts based on feeling or equipment access. Plus, I can track your progress and answer any questions you may have.
