Plan Description

This plan has been created for busy women triathlete who have the goal to accomplish a long triathlon and rock it. Women who already have triathlon experience and would like to go to another level. I have 25 years experience in triathlon. I am a top age grouper with 100 triathlons under my belt, long distance, hafl distance, marathons and half marathons. I have had many coaches and I know what it takes to succeed. I understand the ups and downs of being a female athletes from having a baby to menopause. I am pationnate about women succeeding in life and reaching their goals.
The prerequisite for this plan is being able to run 1h15 swim 2000 meters and bike 2 hours.
