Plan Description
De viktigste dagene i dette programmet er tirsdag (svømming) og lørdag (overgangsøkter).
Etter å ha trent med dette programmet i 4 uker vil du takle overgangen fra sykling til løping veldig godt. Øktene er satt opp
progressivt, slik at mengden og intensiteten blir matchet med din økende form. Løpingen kan for mange være hard, men 5x1000m
min gir svært gode resultater på formen. Kjennes dette OK, kan du forsøke å øke til 6x1000m. Det viktigste er å få flest mulig
minutter i sonen (87 - 92 %), uten at kroppen har problemer med å restituere seg.
Prøv og få til en styrkeøkt i uken (kjernemuskulatur og bein)
Viktig den siste uken: Spis og drikk godt. Hvil og ta det med ro. Føler du deg sliten før en økt, er det helt OK og stå over denne.
Målet er å få overskudd og være 100 % restituert før konkurransen eller neste treningsperiode.
