Plan Description
De viktigste dagene i dette treningsprogrammet er mandag (svømming) og lørdag (overgangsøkter). Hvis tiden ikke strekker til,
sørg for å få plass til disse to dagene.
Uke 1 - 4 handler om å bygge grunnform. I uke 5 er mengdetreningen (rolige økter) delvis erstattet av økter med større fart og
høyere puls. Dette er for å få en liten boost inn mot konkurransedagen. I uke 6 (konkurranseuken) består treningen av korte,
men effektive økter. På denne måten vil kroppen gradvis bygge opp en formtopp inn mot den store konkurransedagen.
Viktig den siste uken: Spis og drikk godt. Hvil og ta det med ro. Føler du deg sliten før en økt, er det helt OK og stå over denne.
Målet er å få overskudd og være 100 % restituert før konkurransen eller neste treningsperiode
