Du wirst im Mittel 1-2 Einheiten Schwimmen (Freiwasser), 2-3 Einheiten Radfahren (hier sowohl indoor auf dem Radrollentrainer, als auch outdoor auf der Straรe) und 2-3 Einheiten Laufen.
Das Schwimmen wird รผber die Zeit gesteuert, das Rad- und Lauftraining jeweils รผber die Watt.
Als Voraussetzung fรผr eine erfolgreiche Umsetzung des Planes solltest du bereits eine Triathlon Mitteldistanz absolviert haben und dich aktuell im regelmรครigen Training befinden.
