- THIS IS AN HALF DISTANCE (1.9km/90km/21km) OFF SEASON MAINTENANCE PLAN FOR BEGINNER ATHLETES

- 5 -10 hours of training a week
- Designed for athletes 50 yrs +
- On avg 2 swims, 3 bike, 3 run sessions and 1 rest days/li>
- 2 week progression:1 week recovery cycle
The plan assumes that the athlete can (on an individual session basis) = swim 1400m (with rests), ride for 50 mins and run for 30-40 mins.
