10 Week Progressive Intermediate Bike program for Half Distance specific fitness.
Complete the initial test to determine your Threshold and Aerobic Capacity. The program is working towards increasing your maximal aerobic capacity through polarized training including short HIIT sessions, low cadence strength, and long Fat MAx training sessions on weekends.
