Plan Description

This plan is for TRUE BEGINNERS. That is why it's so long. If you have little to no experience in triathlon, but have the desire to put in the work to cross that finish line, this plan is for you.

This plan has been tested and has guided countless athletes to the finish of their first half distance triathlon. It will guide you through the process of getting use to training in 3 sports, and give you time to build those routines. Then it will guide you into building the fatigue resistance and confidence required to toe the start line and cross the finish line with a smile on your face.

BPC prides itself on giving you more than just a plan. So within this plan you will find links to webinars and other tips for things that will have a positive impact on your overall performance.
