Plan Description

This plan will work best for an athlete who has some experience with training for endurance sports. There is no testing scheduled in this plan. If you know your FTP's insert them in and have fun.

You will be carried through a base period into 2 build cycles then a peak cycle with a 2 week taper. This will get you ready for a good half distance race!!!!

You will need-

GPS Watch/ for running and swimming

Bike Computer/Power Meter
