Plan treningowy przygotowany został w oparciu o kilkuletnie doświadczenie z kilkunastoma zawodnikami przygotowujących się do startu w triathlonie na dystansie 1/2 IM. Przygotowany został z myślą o ambitnych zawodnikach AG, chcących zaliczyć solidny start. Większość z nich regularnie kończyła dystans średni z wynikiem pomiędzy 4:30 a 4:50
Realizując go sumiennie i w miarę skrupulatnie mogę zapewnić Cię, że będziesz porządnie przygotowany i nie masz czego obawiać się w dniu zawodów na linii startu.

Pamiętaj, że oprócz treningu istotna jest regeneracja i właściwa dieta, które w ogromnym stopniu przyczyniają się do wzrostu formy.
