Hi! I'm Sophie, a Triathlete, Registered Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, and the Founder of Endura Performance!

I started my triathlon journey at a very young age, entering in kids races every summer. My love for endurance sport and training grew after each event. I now have years of training experience and found a passion for helping others achieve their goals. I founded Endura Performance in 2020 to help coach, support, and motivate other athletes!
