Plan Description

This is great plan to focus on the run portion of the 70.3. It is the last 7 weeks (including taper) leading up to race, so need to have a good training base going into the plan.

This plan would also be a great gap filler when you just completed a 70.3 and have another one coming up shortly.

Starting weekly volume is 6800 yd swimming, 6.5 hrs biking, 5.5 hrs running
