Plan Description

This program is built around the athlete transitioning into Triathlon. You are the ideal athlete for this program if you meet the following criteria: you have experience in some form of endurance sport (soccer, cycling, mountain biking, trail running, etc), you have a physical capacity that allows you to run for durations of approximately 40 minutes without stopping (speed is irrelevant), you have the ability to swim continuously for at least 100m, you have access to a road bike, or bike you can complete 90km of riding on.
This is the remaining weeks 5-24 continuing from the First 4 Week program available.
