Plan Description
This plan is for the 7 weeks leading up to a half distance triathlon. It includes a 2 week taper and a big training day 3 weeks out.
The focus of this phase is to continue the work from Build 1 and incorporate race tactics to fine tune performance. Each Monday, a mental strength tip is included to focus on throughout the week.
This plan includes all structured workouts (including swim), which will sync with most devices.
Once purchased, this plan can be reused as many times as you'd like.
