Who is this for?
This plan is recommended for beginner triathletes who can initially swim 1000 meters/yards, bike for 2 hours minutes, and run for 1 hour.

Each month you will progressively build duration and intensity over 3 weeks followed by a lower volume, recovery week. In addition, this plan incorporates practice races and simulations to help you build confidence for the big race (info table below)

Why This Plan?
The plan has 24 weeks' worth of swimming, biking, running, and strength training workouts. Additionally, alongside the exclusive preview for this course, this plan features 5 VIDEOS (before each training phase) to give everything you need to know about every phase.

Thus, making our program a multimedia plan approach that ensures that athletes are up to speed with everything we teach inside. Moreover, you’ll also be exclusively given LINKS to our videos on drills, heart rate, pace training, and so much more.

About me

This 24-week plan starts with 2 days of swimming, 2 days of biking, 2 days of running, and 2 days of strength training and builds up to 3 swims, 3 bikes, and 3 runs, over time reducing strength to 1 day per week.

Monday is the scheduled rest day and the longer workouts are on the weekend. Duration ranges from 5-14 hours per week. Intensity is set to your Rate of Perceived Effort (RPE), heart rate, power, or pace. Generally, most beginners train with RPE.
