ECFIT LAUNCH Sessions require less neural and physical demand meaning that they are very accessible training sessions. Perfect for anyone just getting back into a progressive performance based strength routine in conjunction with a well structured endurance training program.

When possible, all STRENGTH Sessions should be done following key sport training sessions (for triathlon this would be swim - bike or run).
