ECFIT Strength On Demand Launch Performance 2 is a long video format program that includes Strength Sessions as well as Tissue Release, Mobility and Foundation Training Classes. To get access to the full program as well as over 100 strength based training sessions, subscribe to ECFIT Strength On Demand.

ECFIT LAUNCH Sessions require less neural and physical demand meaning that they are very accessible training sessions. Perfect for anyone just getting back into a progressive performance based strength routine in conjunction with a well structured endurance training program.

When possible, all STRENGTH Sessions should be done following key sport training sessions (for triathlon this would be swim - bike or run).
