I began as a swim coach many years ago, and have begun coaching multisport athletes in the last 5 years. I have prepared athletes for Sprint, Olympic, Half Ironman, and Full Ironman distances. I also coach for a local triathlon club and have several athletes that I train for marathon and ultramarathon events. I offer gait analysis as well as underwater filming to help you improve your technique and I also offer strength training to prevent injury. I'd love to join you on your journey!
