The HALF IRONMAN distance have so many features from fast and endurance races, being the best race from the both worlds.
That's what makes the HALF IRONMAN distance so good. Although it is long enough to present a big challenge, a half-Ironman does not take nearly as much out of you as an IRONMAN.
The preparation is less demanding, you can easily handle, the post-race recuperation period is not so long, and consequently you can do HALF IRONMAN more often than you can do Ironmans.
This plan is easy suitable for any other long distance races if the run leg is not bigger than a Half Marathon.
If you looking for something easily suitable with a big work and family routine or just want to start in the long distance races, this plan was made for you.

A distância HALF IRONMAN tem tantas características de corridas rápidas e de resistência, sendo a melhor corrida dos dois mundos. Isso é o que torna a distância de HALF IRONMAN tão boa.
Embora seja longa o suficiente para representar um grande desafio, um HALF IRONMAN não exige tanto de você quanto um IRONMAN. A preparação é menos exigente, você pode gerenciar facilmente, o período de recuperação pós-corrida não é tão longo e, conseqüentemente, você pode fazer com mais frequência do que Ironmans.
Este plano é facilmente adaptável para quaisquer outras provas de longa distância se a perna da corrida não for maior do que uma Meia Maratona.
Se você está procurando algo facilmente ajustável com uma grande rotina de trabalho e família ou apenas quer começar nas provas de longa distância, este plano foi feito para você.
