Plan Description

A new hope has emerged for your triathlon goals! This program is your initiation into the ways of the Rebel athlete, providing an introduction to training for short or middle distance triathlon and enhancing your already existent, maybe dormant, abilities. The ideal recruit for this mission will possess some, though limited, knowledge in navigating the waters (swimming), traversing the galaxy on two wheels (cycling), running across alien terrains (running), and building your strength.

This training will rely on your inner connection to the Force – your Rating of Perceived Exertion, using a simple 1-10 scale. You won't need any fancy Imperial technology like heart rate monitors or GPS watches; a simple chronometer (stopwatch) is all you require to complete your training. Trust your feelings, young Padawan!

Once you have completed this initial training, you can transmit a request to the TriNerds Alliance for the secret Testing Protocols! To unlock these advanced techniques, you will need to demonstrate proof of completing at least 80% of this initial program. Remember, your focus determines your reality. May the Force be with you on this training journey!
