✔️Assumes athlete limited 70.3 experience and wants to maintain fitness/build strength in the off season
✔️ It is specifically designed for athletes over 50 years of age
✔️ Progresses from 6 to 9 hours of training a week
✔️ Typical week has 2 swim sessions, 3 bike sessions, 3 run sessions and full rest day
✔️ Works off a 2 week progression:1 week recovery cycle
