IS THIS PLAN FOR ME?
✔️Assumes athlete is preparing for their first 70.3 race
✔️ Progresses from 5 to 9 hours of training a week
✔️ Typical week has 2 swim sessions, 3 bike sessions, 3 run sessions and 1 rest day
✔️ Includes race specific sessions such as bricks and open water swimming sets
✔️ Works off a 3 week progression:1 week recovery cycle
🚦Starting point 🚦- the plan assumes that the athlete can swim 1400m (with rests), ride for 60 mins and run for 30-40 mins.
