Plan Description

ECFIT Strength On Demand In Season 2 is a 10 Week Strength Progression designed to be done during times of preparation for and including competition. In Season 2 can be done as a progression following the completion of In Season 1 or it can also be done prior to the completion of In Season 1. In Season 2 includes more stability challenges.

In Season 2 is available as part of your ECFIT Strength On Demand Membership or as a stand alone ECFIT Boulder Program.

This program is designed to maintain strength and mobility during times of higher volume endurance training.

An ECFIT Strength On Demand Membership is required for this training plan. You can make that happen for just $19.99 per month using the ECFIT Strength Website.

This plan is also available as an ECFIT Boulder Custom Program using short video format with no audio instruction.
