A través de esta opción, no solo podrá comprender la metodología detrás de nuestra planificación, sino también sentir en su propio cuerpo las diferentes sesiones de entrenamiento planificadas de una manera única.


PERIODO DE TIEMPO






La cantidad de tiempo estándar necesaria para prepararse para un Ironman generalmente cae alrededor de las 15 semanas, suponiendo un buen nivel base de condición física. ¿Puedes entrenar para un ironman en 12 semanas? Es posible, pero probablemente no será muy divertido, y correrá el riesgo de lesiones al comprimir su marco de tiempo.
