Plan Description

This plan was designed by the coaches of Breakthrough Performance Coaching (BPC), specifically for the Pilgrimman Half Iron. The plan was created with a beginner/first half iron athlete in mind. The plan will prepare the athlete to successfully complete the Pilgrimman on 19 September 2020! BPC coaches will be available throughout the length of the plan to address any concerns the athlete may have.
