Plan Description
Este plan está diseñado por los entrenadores de zona3, con experiencia de más de 25 años en el entrenamiento de exitosos deportistas del equipo nacional español y participaciones en pruebas d emedia y larga distancia.
El plan está destinado a un/a triatleta con experiencia, que ya haya participado en alguna prueba de media distancia o en varias de distancia olímpica. Una carga de entrenamiento de unas 10 - 12 horas semanales.
Con este Plan serás capaz de optimizar tu rendimiento, con cargas de entrenamientos progresivas y ajustadas para construir un perfecto estado de forma al finalizar el plan.
El plan con una duración de 23 semanas, incluye 3 sesiones de natación semanales, cuatro de ciclismo (dos de ellas en rodillo y dos en carretera los fines de semana) y de cuatro a cinco sesiones de carrera a pie. La carga semanal está bien repartida haciendo que el volumen de las sesiones sea bastante asequible.
