IS THIS PLAN FOR ME?
✔️Assumes athlete has 70.3 experience and wants to maintain fitness/build strength in the off season
✔️ Progresses from 7 to 12.5 hours of training a week
✔️ Typical week has 3 swim sessions, 3 bike sessions, 3 run sessions and full rest day
✔️ Works off a 3 week progression:1 week recovery cycle
🚦Starting point 🚦- the plan assumes that the athlete can swim 1700m (with rests), ride for 90 mins and run for 60 mins.
