Is This Plan For You?
- Progress from 8 to 12 hrs of training per week
- Typical week: 2 swims, 2-3 rides, 2-3 runs, 1-2 strength and 1 day off
- Every 3rd week is active recovery
- Includes fitness tests, to help you measure your progress
- Train using HR, Feel, Power or Pace
To start you should be able to swim 2000m (with rests), ride 1:50 hr and run 1:10 hrs - not all on the same day.
