Welcome to the Team Sirius 10 week off season plan for excellence.

This beginner 10 week plans starts with Week 1 5 hrs and builds up to 10 hrs by week 10.This plan is mostly 1x session a day for 10 weeks!

The goal of this plan is to maintain and improve fitness over the offseason keeping you injury free and excited and motivated to do more!
The efforts should be controlled and you should never be emptying your talk for longer periods of time.

I know you will not only get enormous value out of this program, but you will also LOVE IT!!
