Welcome to the Team Sirius 10 week off season plan for excellence.


This beginner 10 week plans starts with Week 1 8-9hrs and builds up to 14-15hrs by week 10.

This plan is 1x session a day for 5 weeks then 2 sessions a day most days for the last 5 weeks!

The goal of this plan is to maintain and improve fitness over the offseason keeping you injury free and excited and motivated to do more!
The efforts should be controlled and you should never be emptying your talk for longer periods of time.
